Meet Peanut: The Adorable Oddball! 

Introducing Peanut, our lovable puppy born on October 29, 2024, alongside five siblings in a cozy carport. From the very beginning, Peanut was the smallest of the bunch but we were recently told we needed to change his name to Walnut because he was no longer the runt of the group but was indeed the biggest! He joined a wonderful, along with his mama and 5 siblings, when he was about a week old.  He really lucked out because his foster home included four elementary-aged children that were all able to love on him, his siblings and his mama so they never wanted for anything!  Thanks to this nurturing environment, he has been wonderfully socialized and is ready to meet his forever family!  Peanut has perhaps the most courageous spirit of them all and has the most amazing confidence.  We can easily imagine him exploring a creek, side by side with a little boy or girl, searching for frogs and making memories.
Peanut’s charming personality is enhanced by his adorable flabby skin, giving him the most expressive face you’ll ever see! He’s truly the oddball of the group, looking nothing like his siblings who resemble their mama. Instead, he seems to embody the spirit of a lovable Lab, making him all the more interesting and endearing.
