We are so happy to share the news that one of our sweet rescue pups, formerly known as Snowball, has found her forever home. Now lovingly called Judy (her 3 year old "2 legged" brother named her), has settled into her new home and is bringing much joy to her forever family. Judy has a lively household filled with three energetic little boys who will keep her on her toes and she will have an amazing life as she grows up alongside her cute little "two legged" brothers! One of Judy's first experiences in her new home was her very first bath, and let's just say she handled it like a champ! With her fluffy fur and playful spirit, she emerged from the bath even cuter than before and ready for her next adventure!

Ciara has settled into her forever home, and her new family quickly discovered that she has a touch of Diva DNA. When eight inches of snow fell, she bravely ventured out, only to quickly retreat back inside-clearly, she prefers the comforts of home over the chilly weather! Ciara's first encounter with a Bark Box toy was a memorable one! Her family watched in delight as she ran around with it shaking it along the way. She also has a knack for rearranging. She loves to retrieve her toys one by one throughout the day and create a collection on one of the human's beds! Welcome to your wonderful new life, Roxie!

While Merry is an old gentle soul, Garry is quite the opposite. Merry has been adopted by a lovely lady who is retired and is enjoying a quiet home where she is thriving. Garry on the other hand, who is incredibly exuberant, has joined a busy household with two other dogs that match his energy! We are so happy for Joy! She has been adopted by two wonderful ladies who are sisters and wanted to add to their "pack". Joy has two wonderful new siblings, Tootsie and Pearl. She spends her days following Tootsie around and loves having access to her new backyard through a doggie door so she can come and go on her own terms! Joy was born in a carport on October 29th, of 2024 and despite her tough start along with her mama and siblings, she is thriving as she enters this new season with a family she can call her own!

We are so happy for Merry! She has been adopted by a wonderful lady. Her mom is semi- retired so Merry is seldom alone! Merry had such a difficult time after her dad died. He doted on her in every way, including providing her heating pads to sleep on which she loved. She missed him so much, she would lay on one of his sweatshirts after he passed. She has been embraced by a wonderful lady that will be able to dote on Merry just like her dad did.

We are so happy for Lady! She has been adopted by a wonderful family. Her new mom and dad are retired so she spends her days going for leisurely walks and playing fetch in her new backyard. Lady was surrendered by her owners at the age of 7 and despite that hardship she has thrived in foster care and now is thriving in a new forever home!

We are thrilled to share the wonderful news that our sweet puppy, Stormy, has officially found her forever home and is now happily named Annie! She has been adopted by a fantastic couple who welcomed her into their family alongside another Buford Project Rescue, their lovely dog Nellie. Annie has already begun to weave her way into their hearts, bringing joy and light to their home during a time of healing. Nellie and Annie are sure to have a fantastic time together, exploring, playing, and forming an unbreakable bond. This beautiful family has faced a tough journey after the loss of Nelie’s big brother, Jack, who was much older than she was and his illness came as a surprise and their loss was so hard. We are so grateful that Annie has stepped in to help bring some joy and comfort back into their lives.
As they embark on this new chapter together, we send our love and prayers to Annie, Nellie, and their wonderful mom and dad. We are so glad that Annie could be the spark of happiness they all needed! Welcome to your forever family, Annie!
