Hello there! My name is Dipsy. My mom was a stray & showed up at a home in rural Arkansas. She was so skinny the family didn’t know she was pregnant until a week later when she delivered me, my brother & sister on Memorial Day.
My tricolored sister found her forever home, and now it's my turn, along with my handsome brother, Duke.
I’m a quiet girl who enjoys my solitude, especially when nap time rolls around. I love retreating to my cozy crate for a snooze all by myself. My foster mom doesn’t need to tuck me in for my naps because I can tuck myself in all by myself. While my brother can be the life of the party, I’m more on the inquisitive side, always ready to watch the world go by while being close to everyone.
One of my favorite things in the whole wide world is my big canine foster brother, Rocky. I also adore hiding in the cool Monkey grass and ferns—there’s nothing quite like chilling out in nature. I also LOVE belly rubs.

Hi there! My name is Willow, and I’m on a quest to find my forever home. You see, I started my journey as a stray and ended up in the shelter. The volunteers all loved me and all wanted to take me for walks so that made my time there happy. But, the reality was I had been there for six weeks and it was getting close to the time I was going to be euthanized.
Shelters aren’t bad places & in fact I was at least off the street. I didn’t have to feel stressed searching for a safe place to sleep at night & I no longer had to search for food and water. Shelters only have so much space. They do the best that they can.
I am so thankful for a volunteer who had the rescue give me a foster family to live with instead. I wish more families would foster because when the rescue took me out that meant it made space for another dog, and kept one from being euthanized. So, if you’re reading my bio, please consider fostering so some more dogs can be saved.
I know the pictures of me are a little unusual because I had another bump of hardship in foster care. I had the best foster parents ever. The problem was that after three weeks of living with them that in my excitement to play with the neighbor dogs, I had a lapse of judgment and jumped over a low part of my fosters‘s fence into the neighbor’s yard.
I was horrified when one of the dogs I had just been playing with attacked me. Let’s just say I’m blessed to be here after that incident. After it was all over and done and they knew I was going to be ok, everyone laughed about the fact my amazing foster dad rushed me to the vet without even putting on a shirt! I am not even sure he had shoes on either. How sweet is that?
Despite my adventure, I bounced back quickly! I’m a strong, happy girl who loves every dog I meet, big or small, young or old. I’ve got a quirky personality and a heart full of love to give. The volunteer and the rescue people all say the same thing that there’s something about my eyes. They say that when I look at them, it’s like I can see into them with my eyes as if I’m trying to communicate with them.
I’m great on a leash —I never pull! I don’t jump and I am very gentle so I would be great with any family. I would be great with a young family with kids, I would be great for someone young that loves to hike or run and I would also be great for someone that is older that needs someone easy on a leash.
I hope my forever family finds me soon.

Hey there! I’m George & I am looking for a family to call mine! I was just another stray that ended up at a shelter. The nice rescue people took me out so I could go into a foster family while I wait to be adopted.
Some fun facts about me! I just adore snuggling up with Otis who is a feline orange tabby in my foster home. Not only do we cuddle but we play too. So if you have felines, tell them to get ready to cuddle with me!
I have three canine foster siblings. My favorite playmate is Louie, a super cool German Shepherd-Husky mix. We have the best adventures together! Then, there is Poppy. I love hanging out with her. She is beagle mix so she is much smaller than Louie. We are total couch potatoes, often napping together and even helping each other clean our ears—teamwork makes the dream work. Lastly but not least, there is Henry who is a hound mix and obsessed with everyone’s ears so my ears are extra clean!
I’m quite the talker—I love to engage with my foster mom and dad by nosing them for attention and “talking” to them. If you ever ask me what's wrong, be prepared for my best Chewbacca impression in response! I promise it’ll crack you up!
Walking on a leash? I’m a total dream! And I’m kennel trained and treat motivated, which means I’m always up for some yummy goodies! My favorite snacks include avocado, watermelon, green apples, yogurt, cheese, and turkey. Just a little warning—I’m an excited eater, so I might need a slow feeder to help me savor those treats!
When it comes to my favorite activity, nothing beats putting my head in your neck for some cozy cuddles. I’m a big sweetheart who loves to please, but I can get my feelings hurt easily, so I appreciate all the love and touch you can give! I can’t wait to find my forever home so I hope someone hears my heart in the he bio I wrote about myself.

Hi there! I’m Abigail, and I’m ready to share my story with you!
I showed up as a stray on someone’s property over Memorial Day, completely emaciated and in need of care. To everyone’s surprise, just a week later, I gave birth to three adorable puppies! They’ve all been weaned and are doing wonderfully, and now it’s my time to shine as I recover and learn about the good life.
For the first time ever, I’m getting to experience the comfort of a home, and let me tell you, I’ve fallen in love with couches and cozy dog pillows. Being a lazy dog is pretty great! I’m a bit of a Velcro dog, so I like to stick close to my foster mom, especially when it’s time to go out for potty breaks.
I’m currently living with several other dogs, and I love them all, including the little ones. I’m learning new things every day and would love to find a forever family who can appreciate my journey and love me forever.
