Hi there! My name is Sprite, and I can’t wait to tell you my story.

I was found near an Easy Mart on an incredibly hot day, and I was feeling pretty down. My ears were sunburned and painful, and I was in such bad shape that my hip bones were sticking out. Flies were buzzing around my ears because the sun burn led to a bad infection, but even then, my spirit wasn’t broken. That’s why the wonderful couple who found me decided to name me Sprite.

Thanks to their love and the care of my vet, I’m healing now! My ears are on the mend, and I’ve put on some much-needed weight. I’m feeling so much better every day, and I’m ready to find my forever home!

I’m a sweet and affectionate boy who loves to play. My favorite toy is a big bouncy ball that I can chase, and I have a blast playing tug of war with a rope toy. Sometimes, I sneak under my humans’ legs to surprise them with kisses—I’m sure I’d make a great lap dog despite being a little heavy.

I’m also a smart pup. I learned my name pretty quickly and come when called. My tail wags a mile a minute, especially when I follow my humans around, just wanting to be near them. I do great on car rides and in my crate; I hardly ever whine or bark.

Oh, and here’s a fun fact about me—I love music! My foster parents are musicians, and when they play and sing, I sit and listen attentively. It’s one of my favorite things!

I make my foster mom and dad laugh when I wiggle and dance when it’s mealtime, and I can’t get enough of being called a good boy because that’s exactly what I am!

I may have had a rough start, but my loving, happy, and gentle spirit is ready to fill your life with joy. I promise I’ll steal your heart just like I did with my foster family! I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi there! I’m Sophie and I hope you will fall in love with me.  My foster mom and dad helped me write my bio and I think it’s pretty good if I say so myself!  Hoping you will adopt me and love me forever!

So here’s my story….

Once upon a time, I was a scruffy wanderer, hanging out behind a gas station in the sweltering heat of August in Little Rock. I was skittish and scared, just trying to stay out of sight. After four long days of being on my own, I finally hit my limit and collapsed from hunger and exhaustion. Thankfully, a kind rescue person found me just in time, and now I’m on a journey to find my forever home!

I’ve come a long way since then. The world is getting a lot less scary.  I love my foster family which includes a couple of young kiddos that are 7 and 8 years old so I would be a great pup for a young family.  Who’s kidding you?  I would be a great pup for all ages, young and old alike!

If you’re wondering about my snuggle game, it’s pretty strong. Just call my name, and I’ll come flying to your side, ready to make myself comfortable on the couch or in a kid’s bed. Who can resist a soft cuddle buddy, right?

I’m house-trained and haven't had a single accident, so you can count on me for that. Leash manners are a work in progress, but I’m getting better every day during our morning walks which I love!  I LOVE LOVE they have a big yard and I can get my “zoomies” on.  I also LOVE a good car ride especially if a pup cup is in store.  One of the nice rescue ladies took me for my first time and I was in heaven!

My foster mom and dad say I am a pro at counter surfing but we’ve had to have some serious conversations about it.  They told me that I need more self-control about no more surfing so I am working on that!

I know my future family is out there somewhere and I’m hoping it’s you!

Potty trained: In Process
Crate trained: YES

Hi, I’m Duke, a puppy born on Memorial Day 2025! My journey began when my mom showed up at a home in rural Arkansas.  She was really skinny and the family didn’t know she was pregnant until she had three puppies a week later, including me!
Thanks to the love and care from my family, my mom is healthy again, and my siblings and I are doing great! My sister, who is tricolor, has already found her forever home, but I’m still looking for mine, along with my other sister who is almost all black.

I’m the outgoing one of the bunch—full of curiosity and energy! I might have some Hound and Lab in me, which gives me a unique build.  I also have droopy ears that flop when I run.  I sort of look like Dumbo when my ears do their own thing when I run.  I am totally crate trained, and almost there on potty training even though I’m young!

My sister and I have a big foster brother that’s just a little older than us so he is showing us the ropes of how to be good inside dogs.  I love belly rubs and I love rolling around in the grass! And monkey grass? If you have monkey grass, I want to spend hours wallowing around in it!  I love to try to blend in and hide in the elements of nature.
